At the entrance of this house there is an American grape vine that covers the pergola attached to a 12 square meter veranda , with table and chairs. As you get in , there’s a hall and, on its right a double bedroom , opposite there is a bathroom and the kitchen with a divan-bed on the left. The heating is independent and there is also a safe and air conditioning.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, plates, glasses , etc and there is an oven and a television. The floors are of red brick ( cotto ) and the ceiling is of red brick and wooden chestnut beams. Both kitchen and living-room are fitted with big sliding thermal, dark-glass doors, leading to the garden. Both internal and external doors and windows are completely made in wood. The garden is about 600 square meters , is independent and surrounded by a 180cms high metal fence with a sweet scented laurel hedge.
